The Trigger Journal is a guided self healing workbook designed to help you slow down, listen to your reactions, and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Instead of trying to fix yourself, this work invites curiosity, compassion, and awareness.

I created this journal to support the moments when emotions feel confusing or overwhelming. The goal is not to eliminate triggers, but to understand them, regulate your nervous system, and respond with more clarity and self trust over time.

This journal meets you where you are. Whether you are just beginning inner work or have been on this path for a while, the pages are designed to support real integration, not perfection.
